if i didnt overlook your list u can add these. i found em on other fm10 sites. tried most of them and they become good. especially cristaldo. scores an average of 2-3 goals in every game he plays in. most of these players are yet to sign so pretty cheap. have fun
i bought koke for my juventus team when he was 18 for 1.8 mil and i havent really seen an improvement. i suppose he is a bit of a gamble. i just hope he fufils his potential!
every young (wonder-kid) can be trained in to a world-player. i´m manager for barcelona and as soon as i come there, fall 2010, i started training bojan maximum and i used him in so many matches i could. now i´m in 2016 and he´s outstanding. he´s ranked 1:st in the world (550 millions).

Sorry about the question but i still don't understand what -9 and -10 mean.
Could anyone explain that for me? i know that this quaestion has already answered but i don't understand the explanation.
I am not really sure, but -10 probably means that those players will be superstars (like Kaka, CR7 and Messi), and -9 means they will be lesser stars, like Malouda, Tevez, Yaya Toure, Cambiasso, etc. (I'm not saying these are bad players at all, but in my opinion, they are not as naturally talented as Messi/ CR7/Kaka)
Signed Neymar for 11.2mil, last season he scored all round 52 goals, also Paulo Vieni, PAO signed at 16, is now 23 and scored 115 goals and has 13 20/20's, is a defensive midfielder with great shot.
the only thing i don't get is, if i scout aguero, my scouts (all have 20ability/20potential) say he's unlikely to improve in the future :S are my scouts just tripping?
