Lower League Tactic for FM 2010-Football Manager Gamer-BETA

I've managed to quite successfully take Forest Green from Blue SQ Premier to League Two with my tactic (after struggling with them beforehand).

The tactic is 4-5-1 based, with a balanced philosophy with a counter-attacking starting strategy.

The passing style is direct, using Man Marking, and I ensure my wingers Drill the crosses in to my attacker. I also use 'More Expressive' for Creative Freedom.

I haven't really bought anyone bar Nathan Tyson (who I snapped up dirt cheap), he has been immense since signing him and has been banging the goals in.

Not saying this will sort out your problems as it does depend on your players, but it has brought me great success with my little side.
